Related Product Information for anti-CCNB1 antibody
Cyclin B1 is a regulatory protein involved in mitosis. It complexes with p34(cdc2) to form maturation-promoting factor (MPF), and is necessary for proper control of the G2/M phase transition of the cell cycle. It is expressed in tissues containing proliferating cells, such as lympHnode, testis et al.

Product Notes

The CCNB1 (Catalog #AAA1802268) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Cyclin B1 PE reacts with Mammalian and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Cyclin B1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)(QC tested). FC/FACS: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10ul reagent/100ul of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1ml) is sufficient for 100 tests. Intracellular staining. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CCNB1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Cyclin B1, Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
