AAA Biotech Products

AAA Biotech products are strictly for research-use only. All of AAA Biotech’s products are intended for use in scientific laboratories only and are not intended for use in diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic, or in vivo applications. You explicitly represent and certify to AAA Biotech that any Products acquired from AAA Biotech will be properly tested and used in accordance with industry standards. AAA Biotech and its authorized distributors reserve the right to refuse to execute any order if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the planned usage would be in violation of our approved criteria.

Orders

Orders can be placed in one of the following ways:

• Visit AAABiotech.com to place an order.
• Call us at +1 (619) 604-9440 to place an order using your credit card (we do not accept POs over the phone).

An Accounts Payable form may be required for new customers. For a copy, please contact AAA Biotech.

Payment

The payment terms for a Purchase Order are net 30 days. Invoices that are past due will be charged a financing charge of 2.0 percent. Users who use their credit cards for the first time will be charged the same day. Payment will be handled for subsequent orders when they are ready to ship.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice. Packaging, freight, VAT, customs and taxes, and other additional expenses are not included in the prices.

Discounts and Quotations

Please contact AAA Biotech directly for a quote. If you purchase through a distributor, said distributor will not be required to honor the AAA Biotech quote. You need to request a price quote directly from the distributor. Large quantities or bulk orders qualify for discounts. For further information, please contact us. Quotes are only valid for 30 days and may only be used once.

Availability

There is a lead time for all goods. When attempting to place an order, please ask for an anticipated delivery date(s). The availability of products is subject to change at any time.

Shipping

Estimated delivery dates are approximate. FedEx (or, in certain countries, DHL/UPS) is used for the shipping of our products. We give courtesy billing to customers who supply us with their DHL, UPS, or other shipping account information. Blue gel ice packs are included with the majority of our goods. Dry ice is available and is an extra charge for products that require it. Customs clearance expenses are not covered by AAA Biotech.

Shipping Inside the United States

Unless the purchaser has their own courier, AAA Biotech sends all items via FedEx Overnight Priority. AAA Biotech is not liable for delivery delays caused by aircraft delays, weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other factors.

Shipping to Other Countries

Unless the purchaser has their own courier, AAA Biotech sends all items via FedEx International Priority. AAA Biotech has no control over or responsibility for a shipment that is undergoing customs clearance and/or is experiencing a clearance delay as a result of a missing import permit, duty/tax payment, or other factors. It is the purchaser/receiver’s responsibility to submit an import permission, pay any required duties/taxes, and/or get any necessary papers from the consignee.

Customs clearance and/or clearance delays can cause packages to be held at customs for several days or even weeks. Refrigeration may or may not be provided at some sites to keep packages cold. In order to clear a package, the client must call customs/FedEx/their courier and have the proper papers provided. AAA Biotech shall not be held liable for any product damage caused by a lack of refrigeration during customs/importing delays.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled beyond 1 business day (24 hours) from the time they were placed. If the items you're purchasing are interdependent on one another, please let us know within one business day (24 hours) after purchase confirmation if you only wish to order if all of the interdependent products are available. Please specify the interconnected goods' catalog numbers. Prior to confirming your purchase, we will check the lead time and availability of all interdependent goods with the laboratory. Otherwise, you will not be able to cancel your order. After a product has been delivered, it is not possible to cancel an order.

Promotions are subject to change at any time without notice.

Returns

AAA Biotech Inc. does not accept return of products under any circumstances.

Quality of the Product

Please contact AAA Biotech immediately if the products that you receive are not in good condition. We will work diligently to determine whether or not the product will need to be replaced. It is the customer's duty to notify AAA Biotech of any packing concerns as soon as possible.

Please contact AAA Biotech if the product does not operate as expected/indicated. If any remedial action is required, we will work with you in order to resolve the situation accordingly. Please notify AAA Biotech of any product performance difficulties within 30 days of receiving the product. AAA Biotech cannot be held liable for the performance of expired goods.

Our Website's Use

We provide you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our website and the content contained therein. There may be features on our site that allow you to search for and obtain information, but any services supplied by this site may not be sold, rented, leased, or transferred. You may not submit content or information to any other user or any other person or entity that is untrue, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, libelous, threatening, harassing, abusive, or discriminating.

Without our explicit permission, you may not execute any script, program, or software that gathers information from our server.
