Sheep anti-Human TEX19 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-TEX19 antibody
TEX19 (Testis-Expressed Sequence 19 Protein)
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml
Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml
Western Blot (WB)
(Detection of Human TEX19 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of NTera2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 0.5ug/ml of Human TEX19 Antigen Affinitypurified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRPconjugated Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for TEX19 at approximately 18kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.)

Product Notes
The TEX19 tex19 (Catalog #AAA649261) is an Antibody produced from Sheep and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TEX19 (Testis-Expressed Sequence 19 Protein) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TEX19 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC). Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TEX19 tex19 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TEX19, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
