(Testisin was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse testis using Goat Mouse Testisin Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 1.7ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained using the Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to the plasma membranes of spermatocytes.
