Mouse anti-Human ADAMTS15 Monoclonal Antibody | anti-ADAMTS15 antibody
ADAMTS15 (A Disintegrin And Metalloproteinase With Thrombospondin Motifs 15, ADAM-TS 15, ADAM-TS15, ADAMTS-15)
Purified by Protein A/G affinity chromatography.
Purified by Protein A/G affinity chromatography.
Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug labels 10e6 cells
Western Blot: 2ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry: 8-25ug/ml
Western Blot (WB)
(Detection of Human ADAMTS15 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2ug/ml of Human ADAMTS15 Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRP- conjugated Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for mature ADAMTS15 at approximately 75kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(ADAMTS15 in Human Kidney. ADAMTS15 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin- embedded sections of human kidney using Human ADAMTS15 Monoclonal Antibody at 15ug/ml overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval ReagentBasic. Tissue was stained using the Mouse HRPDAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit a n d counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. View our protocol for Chromogenic IHC Staining of Paraffinembedded Tissue Sections.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Detection of ADAMTS15 in MCF7 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line was stained with Human ADAMTS15 Monoclonal Antibody or isotype control antibody, followed by Phycoerythrin conjugated Mouse IgG F(ab')2 Secondary Antibody.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs) protein family. ADAMTS family members share several distinct protein modules, including a propeptide region, a metalloproteinase domain, a disintegrin-like domain, and a thrombospondin type 1 (TS) motif. Individual members of this family differ in the number of C-terminal TS motifs, and some have unique C-terminal domains. The protein encoded by this gene has a high sequence similarity to the proteins encoded by ADAMTS1 and ADAMTS8. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Product Notes
The ADAMTS15 adamts15 (Catalog #AAA6001180) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ADAMTS15 (A Disintegrin And Metalloproteinase With Thrombospondin Motifs 15, ADAM-TS 15, ADAM-TS15, ADAMTS-15) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ADAMTS15 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug labels 10e6 cells Western Blot: 2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 8-25ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ADAMTS15 adamts15 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ADAMTS15, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
