Benefits
The Quick ELISA kits, assay takes less than 1.5 hours. Detect Human CCL7/MCP-3 with <1pg/ml sensitivity. Format: 96-well plate with removable strips.
This is a TMB colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit with short assay time and quick experiment set up.
Principle
Human CCL7 Pre-Coated ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is a solid phase immunoassay specially designed to measure Human CCL7 in cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). It uses our proprietary Quick ELISA technology. Quick ELISA technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the polyclonal antibody used to coat our Quick ELISA plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. The kit contains recombinant Human CCL7 with immunogen: Expression system for standard: E Coli; Immunogen sequence: Q24-L99.

To measure Human CCL7, add standards and samples to the wells, then add antibody cocktail. Wash the wells with PBS or TBS buffer, and add TMB. TMB is substrate to HRP and will be catalyzed to produce a blue color product, which changes into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of the yellow product is linearly proportional to Human CCL7 in the sample. Read the density of the yellow product in each well using a plate reader, and benchmark the sample wells' readings against the standard curve to determine the concentration of Human CCL7 in the sample.

Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C for 6 months, at -20 degree C for 12 months. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. (Shipped with wet ice.)

Related Product Information for CCL7 elisa kit
Chemokine(C-C motif) ligand 7(CCL7) is a small cytokine known as a chemokine that was previously called monocyte-specific chemokine 3(MCP3). It belongs to the C-C chemokine family. By fluorescence in situ hybridization, mapped the MCP3 gene to chromosome 17q11. 2-q12. MCP3 was identified as a physiologic substrate of gelatinase A. Cleaved MCP3 binds to CC-chemokine receptors-1, -2, and -3, but no longer induces calcium fluxes or promotes chemotaxis, and instead acts as a general chemokine antagonist that dampens inflammation, suggested that matrix metalloproteinases are both effectors and regulators of the inflammatory response.

Product Notes

The Human CCL7 ccl7 (Catalog #AAA1753914) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA1753914 ELISA Kit recognizes Human CCL7. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CCL7/MCP-3, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
