Related Product Information for anti-PACSIN3 antibody
PACSIN3 (Protein Kinase C And Casein Kinase Substrate In Neurons 3) is a Protein Coding gene. The PACSIN3 gene, located on 11p11.2, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, and frog. This gene is a member of the protein kinase C and casein kinase substrate in neurons family. The encoded protein is involved in linking the actin cytoskeleton with vesicle formation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Diseases associated with PACSIN3 include Hereditary Motor And Sensory Neuropathy, Type Iic and Metatropic Dysplasia. Among its related pathways are Vesicle-mediated transport and Clathrin-mediated endocytosis. PACSIN3 has been shown to interact with PACSIN1 and PACSIN2.

Product Notes

The PACSIN3 (Catalog #AAA8107996) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-PACSIN3 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's PACSIN3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:1000-1:5000 IHC-P: 1:50-1:200 IP: 1-5uL/mg of lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PACSIN3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "PACSIN3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
