Related Product Information for anti-MRM3 antibody
MRM3 (Mitochondrial rRNA Methyltransferase 3, also known as RMTL1) is a Protein Coding gene. The MRM3 gene, located on 17p13.3, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, fruit fly, mosquito, and frog. MRM3 belongs to the class IV-like SAM-binding methyltransferase superfamily. MRM2 (also known as RRMJ2, encoded by FTSJ2) and MRM3 are human mitochondrial methyltransferases involved in the modification of 16S rRNA and are important factors for the biogenesis and function of the large subunit of the mitochondrial ribosome. Diseases associated with MRM3 include 3-Methylcrotonyl-Coa Carboxylase 1 Deficiency. Among its related pathways are rRNA processing in the mitochondrion and Gene Expression.

Product Notes

The MRM3 (Catalog #AAA8109124) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-RNMTL1 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RNMTL1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:500-1:1000 IP: 0.1-0.5uL/mg of lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MRM3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RNMTL1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
