Rabbit anti-Human PAK1,2,3 Polyclonal Antibody
PAK1,2,3, phosphorylated (Ser144/Ser141/Ser139) (p21 Activated Kinase 1,2,3)
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000
SDS-Page
(Extracts of His-tagged S139A/T421A double mutant (1) and wild-type PAK3 (2-5) were resolved by SDS-PAGE on a 10% Tris-glycine gel and transferred to PVDF. The membrane was blocked with a 5% milk- TBST buffer for one hour at RT, then incubated with MBS620041 for two hours at RT in a 1% BSA-TBST buffer, following prior incubation with: no peptide (1, 2), the non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphopeptide)
Testing Data
(immunogen (3), a generic phosphoserine-containing peptide (4), or the phosphopeptide immunogen (5). After washing, the membrane was incubated with Pab IgG F(ab’)2 (HRP) goat x rabbit and detected using SuperSignal ECL method. Only the phosphopeptide corresponding to MBS620041 blocks the antibody signal. Phosphorylation of the wild-type but not the mutant protein is detected by MBS620041)

Product Notes
The PAK1,2,3 (Catalog #AAA620041) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The PAK1,2,3, phosphorylated (Ser144/Ser141/Ser139) (p21 Activated Kinase 1,2,3) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's PAK1,2,3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Suitable for use in Western Blot. Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PAK1,2,3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "PAK1,2,3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
