(Anti-CD11b staining of murine neutrophils. Ex vivo murine (C57BL6/J) neutrophils from zymosan-elicited peritoneal exudate were stained with anti-CD11b antibody and analysed by flow-cytometry. Forward- and side-scatter was used to gate on neutrophil population (data not shown) and fluorescence intensity analysed. Left panel shows the signal obtained from cells pre-treated with Fc-blocking reagent and subsequently stained with anti-CD11b (hybridoma-derived antibody obtained from competitor, clone M1/70) directly conjugated to PerCP.
