Related Product Information for anti-MRPL15 antibody
MRPL15 (Mitochondrial Ribosomal Protein L15) is a protein-coding gene. The MRPL15 gene, located on 8q11.23, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, chicken, zebrafish, fruit fly, mosquito, C.elegans, and frog. MRPL15 belongs to the universal ribosomal protein uL15 family. This gene encodes a 39S subunit protein that belongs to the EcoL15 ribosomal protein family and is predicted to be involved in translation. A pseudogene corresponding to this gene is found on chromosome 15q. MRPL15 is widely expressed in the heart, kidney, and other tissues. Among its related pathways are Organelle biogenesis and maintenance and Viral mRNA Translation. 239 organisms have orthologs with the human gene MRPL15.

Product Notes

The MRPL15 (Catalog #AAA8108177) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-MRPL15 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MRPL15 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:500-1:2000 IP: 1-5uL/mg of lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MRPL15 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MRPL15, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
