Preparation and Storage
This antibody can be stored at 2-8 degree C for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20 degree C to -80 degree C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

MAGE-A10 is a member of the MAGE protein family (melanoma-associated antigen) which is overexpressed in cancer cells. MAGE-A10 exerts its effects at the level of the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) presumably by regulating the expression of adhesion molecules. MAGEA10, a testis antigen expressed in tumors but not in normal tissues except for the testis and placenta, represents an attractive target for cancer immunotherapy. However, suppressive cytoenvironment and requirement of specific HLA-alleles presentation frequently led to immunotherapy failure. Melanoma-associated antigen A (MAGEA) represent a class of tumor antigens that are expressed in a variety of malignant tumors. The restricted expression and immunogenicity of these antigens make them ideal targets for immunotherapy in human cancer.
