Western Blot: 1:250, 2ug/ml for 1 hour at RT. Overnight incubations at 4ºC with greater dilutions can produce optimal results.
Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Acyl-Coenzyme A is cholesterol acyltransferase-2 (ACAT-2) which catalyzes the formation of cholesterol esters from cholesterol and long chain fatty acyl-coenzyme A.
