Dilution: Western Blotting (Ab 2-4ug/ml for 2 hrs at RT)
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin) (Use Ab at 2-4 ug/ml for 30min at RT) * [Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.] The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the investigator.

Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at-20 degree C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at-20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Product Notes

The DNA Polymerase, beta (Catalog #AAA631586) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The DNA Polymerase, beta reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DNA Polymerase, beta can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Dilution: Western Blotting (Ab 2-4ug/ml for 2 hrs at RT) Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin) (Use Ab at 2-4 ug/ml for 30min at RT) * [Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.] The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the investigator. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DNA Polymerase, beta for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Not determined. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DNA Polymerase, beta, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
