Related Product Information for anti-SSR3 antibody
SSR3 (Signal Sequence Receptor Subunit 3) is a Protein Coding gene. The SSR3 gene, located on 3q25.31, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, fruit fly, mosquito, C.elegans, and frog. This gene encodes the gamma subunit, which is predicted to span the membrane four times. SSR subunit gamma (SSR3), an SSR family member, is heavily involved in cell growth and differentiation and is closely associated with many tumor types. SSR3 acts as an oncogene in HCC and can therefore serve as a biomarker for the prognoses of HCC patients. SSR3 is widely expressed in the thyroid, endometrium, and other tissues. Diseases associated with SSR3 include Congenital Disorder Of Glycosylation, Type-In.

Product Notes

The SSR3 (Catalog #AAA8108746) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-SSR3 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SSR3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:500-1:2000 IHC-P: 1:50-1:200 ICC/IF: 1:100-1:500 IP: 0.5-2uL/mg of lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SSR3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SSR3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
