Flow Cytometry (Blocking) Protocol
MBS632798 Anti-CD152 antibody blocked the binding of MBS635220 CD152 Human, IgG2a Mouse Fc, Fusion Protein (PE) to CD80 and CD86 expressed on human Raji cells.
1. Five x 10e5 cultured Raji human tumor cells were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of MBS635220 at a concentration of 1ug/ml. .
2. Cells were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.79 log 10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG2a Isotype control (PE) at a similar concentration. Binding was 98.6% blocked when MBS635220 CD152 Human, IgG2a Mouse Fc,Fusion Protein (PE) was pre incubated 10 minutes with a five fold excess (w/w) of MBS632798CD152, Blocking (5ug/ml
