Functional Application
Binds with high affinity to human or mouse CD80 (B7-1) and CD86 (B7-2) (4, 5). Blocks the binding of anti-human CD80 (B7-1) and anti-human CD86 (B7-2) mAbs to recepters on Raji cells. Crossreacts with CD80 and CD86 across a broad range of mammalian species including pig (6).

Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 degree C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
