Related Product Information for Src I1, inhibitor
Src kinase inhibitor
Potent and selective inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK). Inhibits recombinant BTK with an IC50 = 2.5 uM1 and has no activity at other protein kinases (including JAK1, JAK3, HCK, EGFR kinase and insulin receptor kinase) at concentrations up to 300 uM2.

Scientific Background: Potent, competitive dual site (ATP- and substrate-binding domains) Src and Lck inhibitor (IC50 = 44 and 88 nM respectively). Also inhibits VEGFR2 and c-fms at higher concentrations (IC50 = 0.32 and 30 uM respectively).

Product Notes

The Src I1 (Catalog #AAA515021) is an Inhibitor and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Src I1, Inhibitor" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
