The recombinant mouse IgG2b-Fc consists of 239 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 26.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of IgG2b-Fc is approximately 37 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Reconstitution
We recommend that the vial be centrifuged to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Do not mix by vortex. It is recommended that sterile water(400ul) be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25mg/mL. Concentration is measured by UV-Vis.

Lyophilized proteins are stable for up to 12 months when stored at -20 to -80 degree C. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-8 degree C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20 degree C for 3 months.
