Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of Phospho-EGFR (Y1086) expression in (1) A431 cell lysate; (2) A431 cell lysate treated with EGF (MBS1750184).Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel) / 90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer, using Integrin beta 1 Antibody(MBS179449)ITGB1 was detected in paraffin-embedded tissue section.
