Related Product Information for anti-NDRG3 antibody
N-Myc downstream-regulated gene 3 (NDRG3) is one of the important members of the NDRG family which crucially take part in cell proliferation, differentiation, and other biological processes. NDRG3 plays important role in human cancer, and its expression may be considered as an oncogenic biomarker and a novel predictor for HCC prognosis. For example, NDRG3 facilitates colorectal cancer (CRC) migration and invasion by activating Src phosphorylation, suggesting the role of NDRG3 as a candidate oncogene; NDRG3 downregulation might be involved in the tumorigenesis and development of invasive breast cancer (BC) in an advanced phase of the disease. NDRG3 belongs to the N-Myc down-regulated gene (NDRG) family that contains 4 paralogs: NDRG1, -2, -3, and -4.

Product Notes

The NDRG3 (Catalog #AAA8108594) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-NDRG3 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NDRG3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). WB: 1:500-1:2000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NDRG3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NDRG3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
