Rabbit anti-Human LYAR Polyclonal Antibody | anti-LYAR antibody
LYAR Antibody
Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
IF/ICC: 1:100-1:500
Immunofluorescene (IF)
(MBS9605369 staining HepG2 by IF/ICC. The sample were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25 degree C. The primary antibody was diluted at 1/200 and incubated with the sample for 1 hour at 37 degree C. An Alexa Fluor 594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) Ab, diluted at 1/600, was used as the secondary antibody.)
Subunit Structure: Interacts with PRMT5; this interaction is direct (PubMed:25092918). Interacts with GNL2 and RPL23A (PubMed:26203195). Interacts with nucleolin/NCL; this interaction is direct (By similarity).
Similarity: The N-terminal zinc-finger domains are required for the appropriate production of 28S rRNA and the formation of pre-60S particles.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Predicted: 44 kDa
Uniprot Description
Plays a role in the maintenance of the appropriate processing of 47S/45S pre-rRNA to 32S/30S pre-rRNAs and their subsequent processing to produce 18S and 28S rRNAs (PubMed:24495227). Also acts at the level of transcription regulation. Along with PRMT5, binds the gamma-globin (HBG1/HBG2) promoter and represses its expression (PubMed:25092918). In neuroblastoma cells, may also repress the expression of oxidative stress genes, including CHAC1, HMOX1, SLC7A11, ULBP1 and SNORD41 that encodes a small nucleolar RNA (PubMed:28686580). Preferentially binds to a DNA motif containing 5'-GGTTAT-3' (PubMed:25092918). Stimulates phagocytosis of photoreceptor outer segments by retinal pigment epithelial cells (). Prevents nucleolin/NCL self-cleavage, maintaining a normal steady-state level of NCL protein in undifferentiated embryonic stem cells (ESCs), which in turn is essential for ESC self-renewal ().

Product Notes
The LYAR lyar (Catalog #AAA9605369) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The LYAR Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's LYAR can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), ELISA (EIA). WB: 1:500-1:1000 IF/ICC: 1:100-1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LYAR lyar for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LYAR, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
