Related Product Information for anti-FOXK1 antibody
Forkhead-box (FOX) family transcription factors are implicated in carcinogenesis and embryogenesis. Transcriptional factor FOXK1 is a member of the FOX family, involved in the cell growth and metabolism. The higher expression of FOXK1 leads to a variety of diseases and may play an important role in the development of various tumors. The co-expression of FOXK1 and FHL2 enhances cell proliferation and metastasis through the induction of EMT. FOXK1 may be a potential therapeutic target for human prostate cancer. FOXK1 may act as an oncogene in human HCC, and knockdown of FOXK1 significantly inhibited HCC cell proliferation, migration and invasion, partly through the inactivation of Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway. That FOXK1 may be a novel therapeutic target to treat HCC. FOXK1 plays a key function in the ovarian cancer, it promotes cell proliferation and metastasis. FOXK1 serves as a novel molecular therapeutic target in ovarian cancer.

Product Notes

The FOXK1 foxk1 (Catalog #AAA8101024) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-FOXK1 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human Predicted to React with: Mouse (Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's FOXK1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF). IHC-P: 1:500-1:2000 ICC/IF: 1:300-1:10,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FOXK1 foxk1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FOXK1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
