Rabbit CARD11 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-CARD11 antibody
Anti-CARD11 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
Predicted to React with: Human (Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology)
Predicted to React with: Human (Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology)
ICC/IF: 1:100-1:500
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Immunochemical staining of mouse Card11 in mouse liver with rabbit polyclonal antibody at 1:300 dilution, formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections.)
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Immunofluorescence staining of Card11 in mouse spleen cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Mouse Card11 polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:500) at 4 degree C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Cell membrane and cytoplasm.)

Uniprot Description
CARD11: a CARD (caspase recruitment domain) protein that belongs to the membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) family. MAGUK proteins function as molecular scaffolds for the assembly of multiprotein complexes at specialized regions of the plasma membrane. Contains an N-terminal CARD domain, a central coiled-coil domain, and a C-terminal region containing a PDZ, an SH3, and a GUK. Its CARD domain associates with the CARD domain of BCL10. BCL10 activates NF-kappaB through the IkappaB kinase complex in response to upstream stimuli. Apparently activates NF-kappaB and induce the phosphorylation of BCL10. Detected in adult peripheral blood leukocytes, thymus, spleen and liver. Also found in promyelocytic leukemia HL-60 cells, chronic myelogenous leukemia K562 cells, Burkitt's lymphoma Raji cells and colorectal adenocarcinoma SW480 cells.

Product Notes
The CARD11 card11 (Catalog #AAA8102514) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-CARD11 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Mouse Predicted to React with: Human (Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CARD11 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF). IHC-P: 1:200-1:1000 ICC/IF: 1:100-1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CARD11 card11 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CARD11, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
