Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Dot Blot, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry.
Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.5-2ug/sample. HeLa cells were fixed in PBS, 2% paraformaldehyde and then permeabilized in 90% methanol prior to staining.
Western Blot: 0.2-2ug/ml
Immunoprecipitation: 100-500ug/sample
Immunocytochemistry: 2-100ug/ml. HeLa cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS prior to immunostaining.
Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.5-2ug/sample. HeLa cells were fixed in PBS, 2% paraformaldehyde and then permeabilized in 90% methanol prior to staining.
