Mouse anti-Human SERPINE2 / Nexin Monoclonal Antibody | anti-SERPINE2 antibody
Anti-SERPINE2 / Nexin Antibody (clone 2C9) IHC-plus
IHC-P (5 ug/ml)
WB (1:2000)
Western Blot (WB)
(HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY SERPINE2 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-SERPINE2.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-SERPINE2 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the serpin family of proteins, a group of proteins that inhibit serine proteases. Thrombin, urokinase, plasmin and trypsin are among the proteases that this family member can inhibit. This gene is a susceptibility gene for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and for emphysema. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2012]
Uniprot Description

Product Notes
The SERPINE2 serpine2 (Catalog #AAA249396) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-SERPINE2 / Nexin Antibody (clone 2C9) IHC-plus reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SERPINE2 / Nexin can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, Western Blot (WB), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Flow Cytometry (1:100) IHC-P (5 ug/ml) WB (1:2000). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SERPINE2 serpine2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SERPINE2 / Nexin, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
