Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 detects 1ug of synthetic amyloid b1-40 polypeptide, but not amyloid b1-42 and 1-43. Amyloid b polypeptides were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with A2275-73R (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (HRP) and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:250 detects amyloid b in human brain sections

Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
