Materials Provided
1. Capture Antibody 0.4 mg/mL of mouse anti-COQ7 monoclonal antibody. Dilute to a working concentration of 1.0ug/mL in CBS before coating.
2. Detection Antibody 0.5 mg/mL rabbit anti-COQ7 polyclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP). Dilute to working concentration of 0.25ug/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.3. Standard Each vial contains 100 ng of recombinant COQ7. Reconstitute standard powder with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20 degree C to -80 degree C in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 2500 pg/mL is recommended.

Preparation and Storage
Capture Antibody: Aliquot and store at -20 degree C to -80 degree C for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Detection Antibody: Protect it from prolonged exposure to light. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C to -80 degree C and for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Standard: Store lyophilized standard at -20 degree C to -80 degree C for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Aliquot and store the reconstituted Standard at -80 degree C for up to 1 month. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Ubiquinone biosynthesis protein COQ7 homolog, also known as Coenzyme Q biosynthesis protein 7 homolog, Timing protein clk-1 homolog and COQ7, is a mitochondrion inner membrane and peripheral membrane protein which belongs to theCOQ7 family. It is expressed dominantly in heart and skeletal muscle. COQ7 is synthesized as a preprotein that is imported into the mitochondrial matrix, where the sequence is cleaved off and the mature protein becomes loosely associated with the inner membrane.
