Rat LDLR Chaperone MESD (MESDC2) ELISA Kit | MESDC2 elisa kit
Rat LDLR Chaperone MESD (MESDC2) ELISA Kit
* Allow all reagents to warm to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before opening.
* Pre-rinse the pipet tip with reagent, use fresh pipet tips for each sample, standard and reagent to avoid contamination.
* Unused wells must be kept desiccated at 4 degree C in the sealed bag provided.
* Mix Thoroughly is very important for the result. It is recommended using low frequency oscillator or slight hand shaking every 10 minutes.
* It is recommended that all samples and standards be assayed in duplicate or triplicate.
Background: MESDC2 (Mesoderm Development Candidate 2) is a Protein Coding gene. Among its related pathways are Wnt/ Hedgehog/ Notch. GO annotations related to this gene include low-density lipoprotein particle receptor binding. Chaperone specifically assisting the folding of beta-propeller/EGF modules within the family of low-density lipoprotein receptors (LDLRs). Acts as a modulator of the Wnt pathway through chaperoning the coreceptors of the canonical Wnt pathway, LRP5 and LRP6, to the plasma membrane. Essential for specification of embryonic polarity and mesoderm induction.
