Preparation and Storage
The stability of kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Related Product Information for TLR9 elisa kit
The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Toll Like Receptor 9 (TLR9). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Toll Like Receptor 9 (TLR9). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Toll Like Receptor 9 (TLR9), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Toll Like Receptor 9 (TLR9) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Uniprot Description

TLR9: Key component of innate and adaptive immunity. TLRs (Toll-like receptors) control host immune response against pathogens through recognition of molecular patterns specific to microorganisms. TLR9 is a nucleotide-sensing TLR which is activated by unmethylated cytidine-phosphate-guanosine (CpG) dinucleotides. Acts via MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and the inflammatory response. Controls lymphocyte response to Helicobacter infection. Interacts with MYD88 via their respective TIR domains. Interacts (via transmembrane domain) with UNC93B1. Interacts with CD300LH; the interaction may promote full activation of TLR9-triggered innate responses. Interacts with BTK. Interacts with CNPY3 and HSP90B1; this interaction is required for proper folding in the endoplasmic reticulum. Highly expressed in spleen, lymph node, tonsil and peripheral blood leukocytes, especially in plasmacytoid pre- dendritic cells. Levels are much lower in monocytes and CD11c+ immature dendritic cells. Also detected in lung and liver. Belongs to the Toll-like receptor family. 5 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes

The Rabbit TLR9 tlr9 (Catalog #AAA2702328) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2702328 ELISA Kit recognizes Rabbit TLR9. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Toll Like Receptor 9 (TLR9), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
