Related Product Information for anti-CCR10 antibody
Goat anti Mouse CCR10 recognizes mouse CCR10 (C-C chemokine receptor type 10), otherwise known as GPR2, (G-protein coupled receptor 2), a transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, highly expressed in the small intestine, colon, lymph nodes and Peyer patches, which acts as a receptor for the chemokines CCL27 (SCYA27/CTACK) and CCL28 (SCYA28). This product is reported as suitable for use in immunocytochemistry and shows minimal cross-reactivity with human CCR10.

Product Notes

The CCR10 ccr10 (Catalog #AAA223513) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's CCR10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Flow cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunohistology Paraffin, Western Blot (WB). ELISA: This product is suitable for use in indirect ELISA applications. Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. ELISA: Minimum Dilution: 1/100000 Immunohistology - Paraffin: Minimum Dilution: 1/250 Western Blotting: Minimum Dilution: 1/1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CCR10 ccr10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CCR10, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
