NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
Chemokines are a group of small (approximately 8 to 14 kD), mostly basic, structurally related molecules that regulate cell trafficking of various types of leukocytes through interactions with a subset of 7-transmembrane, G protein-coupled receptors. Chemokines also play fundamental roles in the development, homeostasis, and function of the immune system, and they have effects on cells of the central nervous system as well as on endothelial cells involved in angiogenesis or angiostasis. Chemokines are divided into 2 major subfamilies, CXC and CC, based on the arrangement of the first 2 of the 4 conserved cysteine residues; the 2 cysteines are separated by a single amino acid in CXC chemokines and are adjacent in CC chemokines. CCR10 is the receptor for CCL27 (SCYA27; MIM 604833); CCR10-CCL27 interactions are involved in T cell-mediated skin inflammation (Homey et al., 2002 [PubMed 11821900]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008]

Product Notes
The CCR10 ccr10 (Catalog #AAA223798) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's CCR10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Flow cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunohistology Paraffin, Western Blot (WB). ELISA: This product is suitable for use in indirect ELISA applications. Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. ELISA: Maximum Dilution: 1/50,000 Flow Cytometry: Maximum Dilution: Neat Immunohistology - Paraffin: Maximum Dilution: 1/125 Western Blotting: Maximum Dilution: 1/30,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CCR10 ccr10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CCR10, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
