Related Product Information for FITC Conjugated Protein A secondary antibody
Description: Protein A is the component of the cytoderm of staphylococcus aureus. It was regarded as a kind of broad spectrum secondary antibody, because it can bind Fc fragments of a majority of immunoglobulins. It can react with guinea pig, rabbit globulin and human IgG1, 2, 4 strongly and react with mouse, bovine globulin and human IgA,E,M weakly.

AAA Biotech's FITC Conjugated Protein A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flowcytometry (FCM);Immunocytochemistry (ICC); Indirect Immunofluorescence (IF); Immunohistochemistry (IHC). FCM: 1:100 ICC: 1:64-128 Indirect IF: 1:64-128 IHC (F): 1:64-128 Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end users. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FITC Conjugated Protein A for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FITC Conjugated Protein A, Secondary Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
