SUMO3 antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the carboxy terminus of human SUMO3.
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C (add 0.1% NaN3) for several months, and at -20 degree C for longer periods. For optimal storage, aliquot target into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

SUMO3 is bound to target proteins as part of a post-translational modification system and modifies numerous cellular proteins and affect their metabolism and function. SUMO3 is involved in a variety of cellular processes, such as nuclear transport, transcriptional regulation, apoptosis, and protein stability (1). SUMO3 predominantly detected in the cytoplasm (2).
