Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus and cytoplasm.)

PGAM1 plays a pivotal role in cancer metabolism and tumor progression via its metabolic activity and interaction with other proteins like alpha-smooth muscle actin (ACTA2).
