Related Product Information for anti-MUL1 antibody
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that plays a role in the control of mitochondrial morphology. Promotes mitochondrial fragmentation and influences mitochondrial localization. Inhibits cell growth. When overexpressed, activates JNK through MAP3K7/TAK1 and induces caspase-dependent apoptosis. E3 ubiquitin ligases accept ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfer the ubiquitin to targeted substrates.

Product Notes

The MUL1 mul1 (Catalog #AAA6322980) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MUL1, CT (MUL1, C1orf166, GIDE, MAPL, MULAN, RNF218, Mitochondrial ubiquitin ligase activator of NFKB 1, E3 SUMO-protein ligase MUL1, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MUL1, Growth inhibition and death E3 ligase, Mitochondrial-anchored protein ligase, Putative reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MUL1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA). Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MUL1 mul1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MUL1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
