Related Product Information for anti-ITPKB antibody
ITPKB regulates inositol phosphate metabolism by phosphorylation of second messenger inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate to Ins(1,3,4,5)P4. The activity of this encoded protein is responsible for regulating the levels of a large number of inositol polyphosphates that are important in cellular signaling. Both calcium/calmodulin and protein phosphorylation mechanisms control its activity.

Product Notes

The ITPKB itpkb (Catalog #AAA6311432) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ITPKB, NT (ITPKB, Inositol-trisphosphate 3-kinase B, Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate 3-kinase B) (PE) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ITPKB can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), FLISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB). FC/FACS: 1:10-50 FLISA: 1:1,000 IHC: 1:10-50 WB: 1:50-100 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ITPKB itpkb for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ITPKB, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
