Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

The enriched DNA was quantified by real-time PCR using Human GAPDH Exon 1 Primers, Human RPL30 Exon 3 Primers, Human α Satellite Repeat Primers, and Human AFM Intron 1 Primers. The amount of immunoprecipitated DNA in each sample is represented as signal relative to the total amount of input chromatin, which is equivalent to one.)
