Related Product Information for anti-GPR115 antibody
GPR115 is a member of the LN-TM7 family of adhesion-type 7TM G-protein coupled receptors (GPCR) with long extracellular N-termini. The 385 aa N-terminal ECD contains a highly N-glycosylated stalk predicted to function in adhesion, followed by a cysteine-rich GPCR proteolytic cleavage site (GPS). Within the N-terminal region up to the GPS (aa22-347), human GPR115 shares 58% aa sequence identity with the corresponding region of mouse and rat GPR115. GPR115 was identified from expressed sequence tags (ESTs) found in pregnant uterus, breast, and the genitourinary tract.

Product Notes

The GPR115 (Catalog #AAA633339) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The GPR115 (Probable G-protein Coupled Receptor 115, G-protein Coupled Receptor PGR18, PGR18) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's GPR115 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB). Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Dilution: ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml Western Blot: 2ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GPR115 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "GPR115, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
