Mouse Golgi Marker, 58K Monoclonal Antibody
Golgi Marker, 58K
Dilution: Western Blot: 1:5000-1:10,000; Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:50-1;100
Indirect Immunofluorescence:(CHO) cells.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot whole cell extract of Golgi membrane fraction from rat liver was separated on SDS-PAGE and blotted with MBS602047. The antibody was developed with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (Fab Specific), Peroxidase Conjugate and AEC substrate. Lane A: Antibody dilution 1:10,000 Lane B: Negative control (only secondary antibody))
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 3% PFA plus 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS. They were then stained with MBS602047 (1:50) followed by anti-mouse IgG conjugated to Cy3 (1:100). This picture was kindly supplied by Sarah Coleman.)
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Immunofluorescence of Golgi 58K Protein/Formiminotransferase Cyclodeaminase (FTCD) antibody MBS602047)

Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Golgi Marker, 58K for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Golgi Marker, 58K, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
