Application Notes
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and ELISA., , Recommended Dilution:, Flow Cytometry: 25ug/ml; 10ul labels 1-5x10e5 HepG2 cells in a total reaction volume <200ul. For intercellular staining, cells must be fixed and permeabilized using PBS, 4% paraformaldehyde, 0.1% saponin., Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml; HepG2 human cells were fixed PBS, 4% paraformaldehyde for 20 min at RT and blocked with PBS, 10% normal donkey serum, 0.1% Triton X-10, 1% BSA for 45 min at RT. Cells were incubated with F4212-93E overnight at 4ºC follwed by IgG (FITC) anti-mouse* at RT in the dark for 1 hour. Cells were washed with PBS, 0.1% BSA between each step., Direct ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml; The detection limit is ~1ng/well., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
