Related Product Information for anti-C1QTNF1 antibody
CTRP1 belongs to the highly conserved family of Acrp30/Adiponectin paralogs known as the C1q and TNF-related protein family. All family members share a modular organization comprising an N-terminal signal peptide, a short variable region, a collagenous domain and a C-terminal globular domain. CTRP1 proteins are predicted to have trimeric structures that assemble into hexameric and higher order molecular forms.

Product Notes

The C1QTNF1 c1qtnf1 (Catalog #AAA603569) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CTRP1 (C1q Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha Related Protein 1, C1qTNF1) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CTRP1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB). Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml. Using a colormetric detection system, the detection limit is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1ug/ml. The detection limit is ~1ng/well. Optimal diulutions to be determined by the researcher. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the C1QTNF1 c1qtnf1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CTRP1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
