Related Product Information for anti-COTL1 antibody
COTL1 (coactosin-like 1), also known as CLP, is a 142 amino acid cytoplasmic and cytoskeletal protein that belongs to the actin-binding proteins ADF family and coactosin subfamily. COTL1 is first identified in slime mold and is found at highest levels in kidney, placenta, lung and peripheral blood leukocytes. COTL1 is one of many proteins that participate in regulation of Actin's cytoskeleton through a calcium dependent mechanism, but has not been shown to have a direct effect on Actin depolymerization.

Product Notes

The COTL1 (Catalog #AAA5310692) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The COTL1 antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's COTL1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). Recommend Dilution: 1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the COTL1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "COTL1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
