Experimental Methods
1.Take 100mul peripheral blood anticoagulated by EDTA and add to the bottom of 5ml tube;
2.Add 10mul labeled antibody to the bottom of flow tube mixing with the whole blood, incubate for 20 minutes at room temperature away from light;
3.Add 2 ml1×RBC lysis buffer, incubate for 10 minutes away from light after mixing, dissolve red blood cells (recommended: RBC lysing Solution 10×);
4.Sample tube is set to 1000 rpm centrifugation for 5 minutes, discard the supernatant;
5.Add 2 ml PBS wash buffer to resuspend the cells, then1000 rpm centrifugation for 5 minutes, discard the supernatant;
6.Add 0.5 ml PBS wash buffer to resuspend the cells and detect by flow cytometry (sample should be determined on the day on the machine and can also be added fixation overnight at 4 degree C then measured).
[PBS wash buffer: PBS +1% FBS +0.1% NaN3]
[Cell fixation: 2% formaldehyde solution]
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C. DO NOT FREEZE. LIGHT SENSITIVE MATERIAL.
Related Product Information for anti-CD37 antibody
4AIPO-24 reacts with CD37 (a.k.a. gp52-40), a 40-52 kDa molecule, which is strongly expressed on B cells from the pre-B cell stage, but not on plasma cells. It is also present at low levels on some T cells, monocytes and granulocytes. CD37 is a stable marker for malignancies derived from mature B cells, such as B-CLL, HCL and all types of B-NHL. CD37 is involved in signal transduction.* CD37 is stable marker for malignancies derived from mature B cells: B-CLL. HCL and B-NHL.

NCBI Description

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains. The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility. This encoded protein is a cell surface glycoprotein that is known to complex with integrins and other transmembrane 4 superfamily proteins. It may play a role in T-cell-B-cell interactions. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Product Notes

The CD37 cd37 (Catalog #AAA8504241) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse anti-Human CD37, FITC Conjugated mAb reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD37 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA (EIA). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD37 cd37 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD37, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
