Host
Mouse
Clonality
Monoclonal
Isotype
IgG1
Clone Number
AT130-5
Specificity
Mouse anti Mouse CD32B, clone AT130-5, recognizes mouse CD32B also known as FcRIIB. CD32B (FcRIIB) is a low affinity receptor for IgG1, IgG2a and IgG2b type antibodies. Unlike other FcRs, the intracellular domain of CD32B contains a inhibitory signalling motif (ITIM) that can antagonize signal transduction mediated through other activatory receptors. FcRIIB is expressed on all myeloid populations and on B-cells.
Form/Format
Purified IgG conjugated to Fluorescein Isothiocyanate Isomer 1 (FITC) - liquid

Applicable Applications for anti-CD32B antibody
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
Application Notes
FC/FACS - Recommended Dilution: Neat - 1/10
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul.
Target Species
Mouse
Preparation
Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein A from tissue culture supernatant
Preservative Stabilisers
0.09% Sodium Azide (NaN3), 1% Bovine Serum Albumin
Buffer Solution
Phosphate buffered saline
Approx. Protein Concentrations
IgG concentration 0.1 mg/ml
Immunogen
Mouse CD32-rat CD4 fusion protein
Max Ex/Em
Fluorophore: FITC
Excitation Max (nm): 490
Emission Max (nm): 525
Fusion Partners
Spleen cells from immunized mice were fused with cells of the NS-1 myeloma cell line.
Preparation and Storage
Store at +4 degree C or at -20 degree C if preferred. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Shelf Life: 18 months from date of despatch.

Uniprot Description

FCGR2B: a transmembrane receptor for the Fc region of complexed or aggregated immunoglobulin gamma (IgG). Involved in a variety of effector and regulatory functions such as phagocytosis of immune complexes and modulation of antibody production by B-cells. Binding to this receptor results in down modulation of previous state of cell activation triggered via antigen receptors on B cells, T cells or via another Fc receptor. Three splice-variant isoforms have been observed.

Product Notes

The CD32B fcgr2 (Catalog #AAA224822) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's CD32B can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). FC/FACS - Recommended Dilution: Neat - 1/10 Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD32B fcgr2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD32B, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
