Chicken FcgammaR II/CD32 ELISA Kit | FcgammaR II/CD32 elisa kit
Chicken FcgammaR II/CD32 (Receptor II for the Fc Fragment of IgG) ELISA Kit
Principle of the Assay: This ELISA kit uses Sandwich-ELISA as the method. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to FcgammaR II/CD32. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for FcgammaR II/CD32 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is added to each micro plate well successively and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain FcgammaR II/CD32, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of FcgammaR II/CD32. You can calculate the concentration of FcgammaR II/CD32 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
FCGR2B: a transmembrane receptor for the Fc region of complexed or aggregated immunoglobulin gamma (IgG). Involved in a variety of effector and regulatory functions such as phagocytosis of immune complexes and modulation of antibody production by B-cells. Binding to this receptor results in down modulation of previous state of cell activation triggered via antigen receptors on B cells, T cells or via another Fc receptor. Three splice-variant isoforms have been observed.

Product Notes
The Chicken FcgammaR II/CD32 fcgr2 (Catalog #AAA2509794) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2509794 ELISA Kit recognizes Chicken FcgammaR II/CD32. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FcgammaR II/CD32, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
