Rat anti-Mouse CD31 Monoclonal Antibody | anti-CD31 antibody
RAT ANTI MOUSE CD31
Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant
(IHC)-Frozen 1: 1/10-1/100
FC/FACS: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul.
Flow Cytometry: Where this antibody has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the antibody for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Testing Data
(Figure A. RPE conjugated rat anti mouse CD45R and FITC conjugated rat IgG2a isotype control Figure B. RPE conjugated rat anti mouse CD45R and FITC conjugated rat anti mouse CD31 . All experiments performed on red cell lysed murine splenocytes gated on mononuclear cells. Data acquired on the ZE5 cell analyzer.)
CD31 is also expressed on a major population of macrophage / dendritic cell precursors in the bone marrow. Studies show that clone ER-MP12 can be used in conjunction with clone ER-MP20 in two colour flow cytometric analysis, to identify different stages of myeloid progenitor cells in mouse bone marrow (de Bruijn et al. 1998).

Product Notes
The CD31 (Catalog #AAA225965) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RAT ANTI MOUSE CD31 reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD31 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC)-Frozen, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunofluorescence. FC/FACS: Min Dilution: 1/50 (Pack Size: 25ug, 0.25mg), 1/10 (Pack Size: 0.1mg); Max Dilution: 1/200 (Pack Size: 25ug, 0.25mg), 1/100 (Pack Size: 0.1mg) (IHC)-Frozen 1: 1/10-1/100 FC/FACS: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Flow Cytometry: Where this antibody has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the antibody for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD31 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD31, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
