BTLA recombinant antibody
Anti-BTLA [HMBT-6B2]
ELISA (EIA)
(ELISA of anti-BTLA antibody on BTLA-Fc fusion protein. Binding curves of the rabbit IgG chimeric version of the anti-BTLA antibody HMBT-6B2 and isotype control to an ELISA plate coated with BTLA-Fc fusion protein (Pr00224-1.9) at a concentration of 5 ug/ml. A 3-fold serial dilution from 10,000 to 0.17 ng/ml of MBS488474 was used. For signal detection, a 1:4000 dilution of anti-rabbit IgG1 (BioRad 5196-2504) antibody was used. The second increase in absorbance at 3333ng/ml is suggestive of a possible secondary binding epitope for MBS488474 on Pr00224-1.9.)

Publication Note: Describe the use of this antibody, together with the anti-HVEM antibody, to investigate the roles that B and T lymphocyte attenuator (BTLA) and herpesvirus entry mediator (HVEM) play in the development of antigen-induced experimental conjunctivitis (EC).

Product Notes
The BTLA btla (Catalog #AAA488474) is a Recombinant Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-BTLA [HMBT-6B2] reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's BTLA can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunoblot (IB), Blocking (BL), Functional Assay (FA). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the BTLA btla for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "BTLA, Monoclonal Recombinant Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
