Human Protein Disulfide Isomerase A3 (PDIA3) ELISA Kit | PDIA3 elisa kit
Human Protein Disulfide Isomerase A3 (PDIA3) ELISA Kit
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Protein Disulfide Isomerase A3 (PDIA3) and analogues was observed.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a protein of the endoplasmic reticulum that interacts with lectin chaperones calreticulin and calnexin to modulate folding of newly synthesized glycoproteins. The protein was once thought to be a phospholipase; however, it has been demonstrated that the protein actually has protein disulfide isomerase activity. It is thought that complexes of lectins and this protein mediate protein folding by promoting formation of disulfide bonds in their glycoprotein substrates. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description
GRP58: a protein disulfide isomerase found in the endoplasmic reticulum lumen. Catalyzes the rearrangement of both intrachain and interchain disulfide bonds in proteins to form the native structures. An essential component of the peptide-loading complex of the major histocompatibility complex class I pathway.

Product Notes
The Human PDIA3 pdia3 (Catalog #AAA2024248) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2024248 ELISA Kit recognizes Human PDIA3. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Protein Disulfide Isomerase A3 (PDIA3), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
