Principle
Human LILRA3 ELISA Kit is based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A polyclonal antibody from goat specific for LILRA3 has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(Expression system for standard: NS0, Immunogen sequence: G24-E439) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for LILRA3 is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex is added and unbound conjugates are washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB are used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB is catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the human LILRA3 amount of sample captured in plate.
Assay Procedure Step 1
Aliquot 0.1ml per well of the 20000pg/ml, 10000pg/ml, 5000pg/ml, 2500pg/ml, 1250pg/ml, 625pg/ml, 312pg/ml human LILRA3 standard solutions into the precoated 96-well plate. Add 0.1ml of the sample diluent buffer into the control well (Zero well). Add 0.1ml of each properly diluted sample of human cell culture supernatants, serum or plasma(heparin, EDTA, citrate) to each empty well. See "Sample Dilution Guideline" for details. It is recommended that each human LILRA3 standard solution and each sample be measured in duplicate.
TMB Incubation Time

Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C for 6 months, at -20 degree C for 12 months. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. (Shipped with wet ice.)

Related Product Information for LILRA3 elisa kit
This gene encodes a member of a family of immunoreceptors that are expressed predominantly in monocytes and B cells, and at lower levels in dendritic cells and natural killer cells. The encoded protein lacks the transmembrane region found in other members of this family. It acts as a soluble receptor for class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) antigens. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found. This gene is located in a cluster of related genes on chromosome 19 and is polymorphic in human populations, with many individuals containing a deletion of this genomic region.

NCBI Description

This gene encodes a member of a family of immunoreceptors that are expressed predominantly in monocytes and B cells, and at lower levels in dendritic cells and natural killer cells. The encoded protein lacks the transmembrane region found in other members of this family. It acts as a soluble receptor for class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) antigens. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found. This gene is located in a cluster of related genes on chromosome 19 and is polymorphic in human populations, with many individuals containing a deletion of this genomic region. [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2014]

Uniprot Description

Acts as soluble receptor for class I MHC antigens. Binds both classical and non-classical HLA class I molecules but with reduced affinities compared to LILRB1 or LILRB2. Binds with high affinity to the surface of monocytes, leading to abolish LPS-induced TNF-alpha production by monocytes.

Product Notes

The Human LILRA3 lilra3 (Catalog #AAA1753891) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA1753891 ELISA Kit recognizes Human LILRA3. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LILRA3/CD85e, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
